Covering the Princess Racket

The morning of Saturday, August 27th, Disney unveiled through multiples of their Instagram feed a few pieces of custom Princess art in conjunction with this year’s U.S. Open Tennis Championships. It’s part of Disney’s “Dream Big, Princess” campaign.

For each of their eleven feature princesses a Disney artist painted a one of a kind depiction of the princess in an active, adventurous illustration.

For the one I did, I sought inspiration from the works of Mary Blair and Retta Scott, and depicted Snow White bounding in the company of some forest friends.
