The non-linear inspiration for these cards are the portraits in the “stretching room” of Disney theme parks’ “The Haunted Mansion” attractions as done by Marc Davis. However, the long cards are merely folded in half, making the reveal of the bottom halves not at all dramatic. Still, in keeping with the concept, the rhymes are intended to the be read/sung to the rhythm of “Grim Grinning Ghosts.”
